Job summary

Hillphoenix is seeking an Assembler II – Final Assembly to join our Operations team. The role focuses on completing refrigeration case assemblies per quality standards and work orders, including sub-assemblies and wiring, across multiple workstations on the production line.

The ideal candidate reads and interprets BOMs, identifies parts, uses hand and power tools, and adheres to safety and quality guidelines while maintaining a clean work area and supporting production needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with handheld tools and measuring devices

Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend a job order and bill of materials
• Identify parts and their placement on the product
• Use hand or power tools to assemble parts
• Assemble sub-assemblies including interior backs, ceilings, shelves and panels
• Follow work instructions and use measuring tools to ensure accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and wear required safety gear
