Qualifications

• Welding experience required.
• Ability to read tape measures, blueprints and schematics.
• Basic Heavy Duty Truck Knowledge is a plus.
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain) is required; welding certifications are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Weld and perform metalwork using MIG welding and plasma cutting equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints/schematics to guide welding and assembly tasks.
• Assemble and install vehicle components with precision using calibrated tools and torque wrenches.
• Install hydraulic components (pump, PTO, valves) and ensure proper function and safety.
• Cross-train across departments and maintain accurate time records and documentation.
