Job summary

Gratz Pilates is seeking motivated assemblers to join our Production Assembly/Final Parts Assembly team in Philadelphia. You will contribute to completing high-end workout equipment, joining components and preparing items for shipping.

Responsibilities include kitting, quality control, and calibration to ensure products meet specifications. You will work with hand and power tools in a collaborative environment, supporting production flow and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school-level education or equivalent.
• 12 months of production assembly experience.
• Ability to follow directions and listen well.
• Ability to lift 20–35 lbs. of material as needed.
• Knowledge of basic safety protocols.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Kitting: Review product orders to collect items and maintain the production schedule.
• Quality Control: Analyze quality and identify defects; ensure products are prepped for shipping.
• Calibration: Understand product line specifications and ensure compliance with standards.
• General: Use drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, hammers and tape measures to assemble equipment.
