Job summary

Blentech Corporation in Santa Rosa, CA, seeks a driven Final Assembly Technician II for on-site work. You will complete the final assembly and disassembly of large-scale machinery, capable of producing about 10,000 lbs per hour, with shipments handled by semi-trucks.

We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Final Assembly Technician IIto join our winning team. This is not a bench assembly position. You will be responsible for the final assembly and disassembly of massive, completed machines and systems capable of producing 10,000 lbs. of product per hour and requiring multiple semi-trucks to ship. Key Responsibilities

• Final Assembly: Complete the builds of large-scale machinery for customer demonstrations
• Logistics Prep: Partially disassemble finished machinery for secure loading into trucks and shipping containers
• Team Support: Collaborate with the broader manufacturing team to meet production deadlines
• Digital Reporting: Use computer systems for work order management, timekeeping, and daily reporting

What You Bring to the Team

• Mechanical Aptitude: A strong "hands-on" background and experience working with stainless steel are essential
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift 40 lbs. and work on your feet in a shop environment
• Flexibility: This is a dynamic work center where priorities shift quickly; you must be able to pivot and adapt
• Professionalism: You will interact with a variety of people, including visiting customers
• Forklift experience a plus (we will train/certify the right candidate)

Summary

Compensation & Schedule

• Full Time: 40+ hours per week Hours: We run 3 Shifts
• 5 days 8-hour shift: Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm Or
• 4 days 10-hour shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
• 4 days 10-hour Swing Shift: Monday - Thursday 2:30 pm - 1:00 am (15% shift differential)
• Hourly Wage: $23.03 - $25.73 per hour (DOE) + 15% shift differential for night shift
