Job summary

Stadler US is seeking a Final Assembly Team Lead (Electrical) to direct the electrical final assembly process for passenger trains. You will ensure quality, lead a growing team, and drive on-schedule completion of products.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2-5 years in manufacturing/assembly, with leadership and SAP experience preferred. Strong English, problem-solving, and adherence to safety standards are essential.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
  • Experience in a leadership role preferred.
  • Experience working with SAP preferred.
  • Business fluent in English.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the precision installation of electrical and structural fixtures tailored for passenger trains.
  • Lead the assembly team members to ensure they are following proper procedures and techniques.
  • Ensure that all products meet quality standards and are free of defects.
  • Develop continuous improvement strategies improving the assembly processes and increasing efficiency.
  • Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all assembly team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to identify and resolve production issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on production progress and performance.
  • Attend management meetings to discuss production goals and strategies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
