Three levels (A, B, and C) differentiate by experience and training. Responsibilities include meeting quality standards, operating SAP transactions, packaging per BOM, and reporting to a lead or supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or prior assembly experience.
• Ability to read and interpret BOMs and drawings.
• Must understand HYDAC quality policy and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Read, write, and interpret production work instructions, BOMs, and drawings.
• Build to the drawings as assigned.
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools; package and pallet components.
• Complete tasks timely and meet quality standards.
• Pass HYDAC Criteria within 90 days.
• Report to Lead or Supervisor.
