Job summary

FilterPro USA, LLC is seeking a dedicated Filter Changer to replace, clean, and maintain filters across different sites. The role includes travel and occasional overnight stays, with company-provided room and per diem when travel requires it.

A vehicle for routes, gas card, work uniforms, and company phone are provided to support operations. Typical shifts range from 40 to 60 hours per week with 10, 12 (special), 8, and day shifts, Monday through Friday, along with potential overtime and bonus

Qualifications

• Attention to detail to ensure proper installation and maintenance of filters.
• Ability to use basic hand tools (screwdrivers, etc.).
• Strong organizational and communication skills for coordinating with dispatch and maintaining schedules.

Responsibilities

• Replace air filters within various settings (schools, industries, chain stores).
• Clean filters to remove dirt and debris.
• Inspect filters for damage or wear and replace as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of filter changes and maintenance activities.
• Follow safety protocols when handling filters and equipment.

• Maintain accurate records of filter changes and maintenance activities.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines when handling filters and working on equipment.

• Knowledge of how to use basic tools (screwdriver, etc...)
• Strong organizational and communication skills and ability to work with dispatch to maintain filter change schedules and records.
