Job summary

BuildWitt in Nashville seeks a Digital Content Specialist to transform footage into videos, photos, and social media content. This hybrid role blends on-site shooting with post-production work and occasional travel across North America.

You will own projects from raw footage to final delivery, craft motion graphics, and optimize content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and more. A passion for storytelling and the Dirt World is essential.

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to shoot and edit compelling video content.
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and basic color correction.
Familiar with motion graphics and After Effects.
Strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and audience retention.
Experience producing short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Comfortable collaborating with teams and accepting creative feedback.
Able to travel 15–30% as needed.

Responsibilities

Own projects from raw footage to final delivery.
Edit engaging videos for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, and X.
Create reels, highlight videos, testimonials, event recaps, promotional videos, and social-first content.
Design motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, callouts, and animated elements that enhance storytelling.
Color correct, mix audio, and export platform-specific deliverables.
Organize project files and maintain an efficient content library.
Travel to jobsites, events, and customer locations to capture content.
Direct talent on camera when needed and help create authentic moments.
Ensure high-quality audio, lighting, framing, and overall production value.
