The position includes budgeting, program administration, scheduling, and reporting on performance metrics, with emphasis on internships, community engagement, and delivering high-quality instructional studio experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field and three years of relevant experience.
• Experience in film production, studio operations, or program management.
• Knowledge of film production workflows and studio technology.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, student employees, and technical personnel.
• Oversee program administration and operations per CNM policies and regulations.
• Manage studio logistics, scheduling, and external partnerships.
• Lead a multifaceted program including film production, digital media training, and studio operations.
• Develop partnerships for internships and career pathways for students.
• Coordinate outreach, recruitment, and engagement activities for film and creative industry opportunities.
• Develop systems to track studio usage, student participation, and program outcomes; analyze and report on metrics.
• Manage budgets, grants, and external funding; monitor expenditures and support grant development.
• Support marketing and promotion; provide technical leadership in film and production practices.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
