Job summary

KPH HealthCare Services, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to accurately package medication orders according to prescription labels.

You will count, seal, label, and verify orders to ensure correct medication and dosing. The role involves assisting with inventory control, restocking supplies, maintaining workstations, and completing required training to uphold quality standards in a busy pharmacy environment.

Responsibilities

• Count, seal and label prescription cards
• Pull drugs and match NDC to prescription labels
• Return inventory to proper place
• Assist in upkeep and cleanliness of work stations and facility
• Responsible for proper and accurate filling of each order
• Maintain production as determined by supervisor
• Maintain all quality assurances as given
• Assist in stocking levels
• Knowledge of RX computer system
• Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Scope of Responsibilities: Works under direct supervision and accurately fills medication orders

Job Summary: Responsible for packaging medication orders per directions on prescription label. Ensure product is accurate and neatly packaged. Assist in inventory control, including handling credits and restocking inventory.

• Maintain and keep reasonable production as determined by supervisor
• Responsible to maintain all quality assurances as they are given
• Assist in keeping adequate stocking levels
• Must have knowledge of RX computer system
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned
