Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a Filling Machine Operator for our Grand Island facility. The role operates high-speed filling equipment in a clean room, performing setup, cleaning and changeovers while adhering to aseptic procedures and SOPs.

English proficiency is required for all regulatory and training communications. The position offers a 4th shift with specific hours and an hourly wage range of $21.50 to $23.88, with comprehensive benefits and a strong safety/compliance culture.

Job Summary Responsibilities

4th Shift is 6 AM to 6:30 PM on Saturday/Sunday + 1 Weekday assigned by supervisor

Hourly Range: $21.50 - 23.88/hr

Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Our Filling Machine Operators are responsible for running high-speed computerized filling equipment in a clean room and temperature controlled manufacturing environment. They conduct cleaning, set-up, minor maintenance, changeovers, and breakdown of filling lines using proper aseptic technique, and strictly follow standard operating procedures and documentation requirements.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• Medical, food, or other cGMP production environment experience strongly preferred
• Mechanical aptitude required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs chest high
• Adhere to and stay current on all training requirements
• Wear clean room safety equipment/apparel and maintain safe work environment
