Qualifications

• BA/BS with 2-4 years leadership or MBA/MS with 0-2 years leadership
• 8+ years leadership experience in biologics manufacturing preferred
• Strong communication and leadership across all levels

Responsibilities

• Lead department performance and oversee floor and lab operations.
• Ensure GMP compliance and training of direct reports.
• Develop staff through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Participate in special projects and respond to process events.
