Job summary

MSI Express, INC is seeking a Machine Operator to safely run filling equipment and pace the line to meet efficiency standards. You will adjust timing to ensure correct weight/volume per specs.

You will monitor speeds, weigh samples every 15 minutes, maintain GMP-compliant cleanliness, and report equipment issues to the supervisor. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and adherence to safety policies. Overtime may be required and previous filler-line experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Able to work overtime as needed.
• Able to follow work procedures and safety rules.
• Able to read, understand, and follow directions/instructions.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, stretch, step, climb and sit frequently.
• Have eye, hand and foot coordination to use equipment/tools.
• Able to load/unload, lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Pass all company testing.
• Previous experience on a production line with filler equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate filler speeds and adjust timing to pace the line per specs.
• Check accuracy by weighing a sample every 15 minutes or as required.
• Maintain packaging quality integrity.
• Report any malfunctions to the production supervisor immediately.
• Keep a clean, organized work area per GMP and supervisor directions.
• Follow all company policies including safety practices.
• Support Food Safety and Quality within your influence.
• Report Food Safety and quality issues promptly to authorized personnel.
• Perform other duties as instructed by management.
