Job summary

Schreiber Foods in Beloit, WI is seeking a Filler Operator for a 6am-6:30pm 2-2-3 rotation. You will operate and monitor dairy filler equipment to ensure safety, quality and compliance with GMPs while performing setup, CIP/SIP, changeovers and line clearance.

Strong attention to documentation, CCP checks and teamwork is required. Preferred candidates have at least one year in a food manufacturing setting, a high school diploma or GED, and LOTO certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to be Lockout Tagout (LOTO) certified.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production filler equipment to ensure safety and quality.
• Set up, operate and clean filler machines and equipment.
• Perform SIP and CIP for the assigned filler machine.
• Conduct basic cleaning, inspection, lubrication and PMs.
• Assist startup, troubleshooting, stop/reset and shutdown of line equipment.
• Perform changeovers and line clears for next item.
• Document quality checks (CCP) and keep logs.
• Maintain inventory records and monitor production levels.
• Keep the work area clean and follow environmental cleaning requirements.
• Participate in shift exchanges and team meetings.
