Proper Beverage Company in Hudsonville, MI, is seeking a Filler Operator for our production team on 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 3:00 pm–11:30 pm). You will operate and maintain filling equipment, ensure accurate can fill volumes, and support quality and sanitation standards.

This full-time role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment. You will collaborate with technicians and supervisors to meet production targets and uphold safety and hygiene.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Filler Operator or in a related role.
• Understanding of filling equipment operation and adjustments.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment issues.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy equipment.

Job Description

As a Filler Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the Filling equipment during your assigned shift. Your role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and precise filling of cans to meet production targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

This is a full-time, 2nd shift position. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 3pm to 11:30pm.

Responsibilities

Machine Operation

• Operate filling machinery and related equipment during your assigned shift.
• Set up and adjust filling parameters according to production specifications.

Quality Control

• Monitor the filling process to ensure accurate volumes and proper sealing of cans.
• Conduct quality checks and take corrective actions as needed.

Maintenance

• Perform routine maintenance on filling equipment.
