Job summary

Arc3 Gases is seeking a Fill Plant Operator to join our Meadowlands, PA team. The role focuses on breaking down cylinder pallets, sorting by size, color, date, gas, and damage, and preparing shipments for branches.

The operator will also fill cylinders with compressed gases and support continuous workflow on the plant floor. This full-time position requires attention to safety, the ability to operate a forklift, and adherence to company procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift license preferred; training provided by Arc3.

Responsibilities

• Read Shortage Sheet or follow instructions to determine work assignments.
• Transport cylinders using forklift to storage or sorting areas.
• Sort cylinders by date, valve inspection, gas type, and damage onto pallets.
• Unload and load pallets of cylinders with forklift.
• Prepare branch orders and pallets for stores.
• Ensure cylinder caps are tight and cylinders secured for transport.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain daily paperwork.
