Job summary

GM Industrial LLC is seeking a Filling Line Personnel to load containers on the fill line, ensure proper filling, cap and label as needed, and prepare finished boxes for shipment. You will work with a team in a safety-conscious environment on a Monday–Friday day shift.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, operating forklifts or pallet jacks as required, and maintaining clean equipment. This role offers comprehensive benefits and requires good mathematical skills.

Qualifications

• Capable of lifting boxes up to 50 pounds with average 35 pounds daily.
• Turning, bending and standing 90% of hours per day.
• Must work well with others in a total team environment.
• Adheres to health and safety policies and SOPs.
• Follows attendance policy daily.
• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks; tow motor certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load containers on fill line according to work order.
• Ensure containers are filled to designated amount.
• Install caps and lids where applicable.
• Fill shipping boxes with finished containers.
• Label items correctly and stack boxes on pallets.
• Maintain clean equipment, tanks, and vessels; report issues to supervisor.

Job Description

A Filling Line Personnel is responsible for loading containers on the fill line conveyor, observe that containers are filled correctly, install caps and lids when applicable, apply proper labels, fill box with finished containers, stack boxes on pallets.

Responsibilities

• Observes and follows safety procedures and SOP’s set by the company
• Load Proper Containers on fill line per work order.
• Observe that Container is filled to designated amount.
• Install caps and lids when applicable
• Fill shipping boxes with finished containers
• Clean all equipment, tanks, and vessels as needed
• Refers all issues to the lead/supervisor

Requirements

• Capable of lifting boxes up to 50 pounds with the average being 35 pounds on a daily basis
• Turning, bending and standing 90% of working hours per day
• Must work well with others in a total team environment
• Adheres to all company health and safety policies and protocols while working
• Follows the company attendance policy on a daily basis
• Capable of operating forklifts and pallet jacks. Tow motor certification a plus
• Follows specific instructions and general guidance from Fill Line supervisor
• Must have mathematical skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
