Job summary

KleenMark Services Corp is hiring a Floater/Fill-In in Oshkosh, WI. The role covers multiple sites with a schedule Monday–Friday from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm.

The cleaner oversees others, follows directions from the Account Manager, maintains facility cleanliness, and travels for business as needed with a valid driver’s license and good driving record. Responsibilities

• Oversee the work of other cleaners to ensure areas are cleaned properly.
• Receive and follow daily directions from Account Manager or Area Supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of facilities by performing varied cleaning duties.
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas.
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors with equipment as needed.
• Vacuum carpets and upholstery and dust furniture and equipment.
• Dust surfaces and wipe down fixtures; wash walls, ceilings and windows.
• Empty wastebaskets, handle recycling, and transport to disposal area.
• Replenish bathroom supplies and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

Job Skills / Requirements

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Hours: Between 11 am and 9 pm

The Floater or Fill-inis responsible forensuring that their assigned area has been cleaned properly.The assigned area may vary from one shift to the next and may be at various buildings.

Essential Job Functions:

• Oversee the work of other cleaners to ensure their assigned area has been cleaned properly.
• Receives anddelivers ondirection daily from Account Manager or Area Supervisor.
• Maintains cleanliness of facility by performing various cleaning duties.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, lockerroomsand other work areas.
• Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors, using brooms, mops, and powered scrubbing and waxing machines.
• Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies, usingvacuumcleaner.
• Dustsfurniture and equipment. Polishes metalwork, such as fixtures and fittings.
• Washes wall, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door-panels, andwindowsills.
• Empties wastebaskets and recyclables and transports to disposal area.
• Replenish bathroom supplies.
• Provides excellent level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Reports to work on time andworksovertime asrequiredand ifrequiredto travel forbusinessmaintainsa valid driver’s license andgood drivingrecord.
