Job description

Job Title: Fill/Finish Technician

The Fill/Finish Technician supports laboratory operations by assisting with the assembly, labeling, and packaging of finished products, as well as maintaining equipment and inventory. This role ensures compliance with procedures and contributes to the laboratory's efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Assembly & Packaging: Assemble product kits, apply labels, and prepare goods for shipping.
• Equipment Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning, sanitization, and regular maintenance of laboratory equipment such as biosafety cabinets, incubators, and water baths.
• Inventory Management: Assist in receiving materials, verify packing slips, label incoming materials, and maintain organized inventory.
• Documentation & Compliance: Keep accurate records in line with SOPs and regulatory requirements, and assist with documentation related to equipment, raw materials, and staff training.
• General Laboratory Support: Maintain a clean workspace and support facility maintenance tasks, including temperature checks and cleanroom air pressure monitoring.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications preferred.
• Experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Effective working independently and in a team.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
