Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Fighter Pilot or WSO/CSO/NFO Operations SME for the CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA. You will facilitate integration training for U.S.

and allied aircrew by role‑playing fighters in Distributed Mission Operations and using CES, NGTS and MACE. A Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR is required. You will schedule missions, prepare materials, brief/debrief LFEs and small team events, support JSE distribution across the DMO Network, and advise on training doctrine

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• Bachelor’s degree with experience as fighter aviator or Master’s with experience; PhD with experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, mission plan, brief, execute, and debrief DTC LFEs and Small Team events.
• Use NGTS to support JSE distribution across the DMO Network.
• Attend CAF exercise planning conferences and translate unit training requirements into missions.
• Provide consulting expertise on military training and doctrine, scenario development, and data analysis.
