Inner Circle Autism Network in Norman, OK seeks a Fieldwork Student Level 3 to deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will lead under supervision, assist with skill acquisition programming, and support behavior reduction plans while gaining hands-on experience.

This full-time, on-site role offers mentorship, structured development plans, access to exam prep resources, and a clear pathway toward BCBA certification as you grow within ICAN.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Enrolled in a graduate program with approved BCBA exam sequence.
• RBT certification is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Commitment to ethics and confidentiality is expected.
• Passion for making a positive impact on children's lives is essential.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programs designed by BCBAs.
• Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy sessions.
• Collect data to track progress and inform treatment decisions.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and families.
• For Fieldwork Students: assist with program updates and staff training under BCBA supervision.
