Job summary

MEI is seeking a Warehouse Associate for full-time field operations in North Kingstown, RI, with duties spanning order preparation, inventory control, and vehicle/mechanic support. The role requires traveling between North Kingstown, RI and Southbridge, MA locations throughout the week.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts and pallet jacks, inspecting and logging equipment, assisting in crate construction, and maintaining safety and housekeeping standards across sites.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL helpful but not required.
• Good use of the English language, including spelling and logs, in English.
• Basic reading and mathematical calculations (multiplication, division, fractions, decimals).
• Ability to safely use hand, power, and pneumatic tools and read a tape measure.
• Problem-solve, work independently, and be self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for warehouse storage and organize by company or customer specs.
• Move, stock, scan, secure, and record inventory as needed.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other powered equipment safely.
• Assist in constructing crates and storage containers with pneumatic tools.
• Complete all duties as assigned by supervisors.
