H2ajobs is seeking reliable individuals for the harvest season to assist with pre and post-harvest work. Drivers will pick up workers from employer-provided housing, transport to worksites, and return them home, with driving composing about 15% of the day.

Most work involves field walking and general farm labor such as pruning, weeding, drip irrigation hookups, and packing blueberries. Workers must live in employer-provided housing and may receive weekly trips to a grocery store and laundromat.

The employer is seeking reliable, responsible, hardworking individuals to assist with the harvest season (including pre and post-harvest). Driver/Laborer will pick up workers from employer-provided housing, take them to the worksites and drive them back to their housing. They will only spend about fifteen percent of their workday doing these driving duties. They will spend most of the day field walking. Other daily job duties include conducting simple daily vehicle maintenance checks (DOT pre-trip inspections), timekeeping, scanning fruit picked, loading/unloading strawberries and blueberries, installation-maintenance and hooking up drip irrigation, pruning, cutting/trimming, weeding, pulling plastic/drip-tape, dumping and packaging of blueberries at the packing house located on the farm, and other general farm labor. They are required to live in the housing provided by the employer and take workers once a week to the grocery store and to the laundromat. Workers should follow safety and farm instructions. This job will be done under varying extreme outdoor weather conditions such as heat, high humidity, direct sunlight, cold weather, possible rain, wind, and exposure to pollen, soil, mud, dust and other natural elements. Repetitive physical conditions such as prolonged walking, standing, heavy bending, stooping, reaching and lifting will be involved on a regular basis. Must have or be able to obtain immediately a federal and state farm labor contractor license. Background check and random drug testing will be post-hire at employer's expense.

• Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)
• Meals: Employer-provided housing includes free and convenient kitchen facilities with appropriate equipment, appliances, cooking accessories, and dishwashing facilities which will enable workers to prepare their own meals. Dining, kitchen/cooking facilities and other common areas are shared by all workers. The employer will also provide free transportation for the workers residing in employer-provided housing, once per week to and from the food store. In the event that kitchen facilities become unavailable during the contract period, the employer will provide three daily meals in accordance with 20 CFR 655.122(g) and deduct the cost of such meals up to the maximum allowable amount published in the Federal Register, or as otherwise approved by the U.S. Department of Labor.
• Transport: For workers hired from beyond normal commuting distance, after completion of 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer shall reimburse the worker for cost incurred by the worker for transportation and daily subsistence, as required by DOL regulations, from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer to the place of employment. Experience wanted: 6 months

Workers must be dependable and punctual and have the ability to stand, bend, and work for long periods outdoors. They must pay attention to detail and quality. Workers must adhere to all safety rules as instructed by supervisors and practice safety in all aspects of work.
