Job summary

Vuori in Scottsdale is seeking a seasoned Field Visual Merchandiser to elevate retail displays, align with brand standards, and drive customer experience across locations. You will oversee in-store visual presentations and ensure consistency with the Vuori brand.

You will train Visual Leads and store teams, conduct regular store visits, and coordinate product mapping and collateral. Travel to openings and relocations may be required to support store setups and launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience preferred.
• Proven 3+ years of experience in visual merchandising and team leadership within a retail environment.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and visual presentation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze and adapt to market trends and consumer preferences.

Job Description

We are looking for a seasonedVisual MerchandisingLeader that is excited to take their career to the next level with one of the fastest and most exciting apparel brands around!TheFieldVisual Merchandisercollaborates closely with theField Visual Merchandise Manager and Visual Leadsto oversee and enhance retail merchandising standards. TheFieldVisual Merchandiseris responsible fordriving the execution of visual merchandising strategies that elevate the customer experience and align with brand standards. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure cohesive and impactful visualproductdisplays across all retail locations.Strong leadership, developmental,and communication skills are essential for fostering a cohesive visual strategy that enhances the overall customer experience.

Whatyou’ll get to do:

• The Field Visual Merchandiser will be responsible forexecuting all visual elements and product presentations in-store, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.Monitor and evaluate visual displays across locations, providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• The FieldVisualMerchandiserwill be primarily focused onprovidingtraining and support toVisual Leads and store teamson best practices, visual standards, and new initiatives to enhance in-store presentations.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess visual merchandising effectiveness andadjustas needed.
• Lead the coordination of visual-related product mapping, collateral and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand identity.
• Keeping a clear line of communication with District Managers and Store Managerson suggestions for improving visual merchandising effectiveness andmakingadjustments as needed, based on customer feedback and sales trends.
• Maintain all store experience essentials, includingplants,replacements for props, mannequins, lighting, sign holders, etc.
• Travel to new store openings is occasionally required to assist in the visual set up and the store’s grand opening.

The salary range for this role is $62,100 - $76,650 per year.
