Job summary

ANDRITZ seeks an experienced Vibration Specialist (ISO CAT III) to join our vibration team in the Pulp & Paper sector. You will diagnose issues, analyze offline routes and online data, and prepare detailed technical reports for customers.

You will act as the primary customer contact, collaborating with maintenance and reliability teams to implement preventive maintenance strategies, aiming to maximize uptime and reliability of rotary equipment.

Qualifications

• Certification in Vibration Analysis: ISO CAT III.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience as a Vibration Analyst.
• Minimum 1 year of vibration analysis experience in the Pulp & Paper industry.
• At least 4 years of maintenance-related experience in the Pulp & Paper industry.
• SAP experience, particularly in Plant Maintenance modules.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Solid understanding of mechanical and rotating equipment standards in the Pulp & Paper industry.
• Ability to interpret and apply technical documentation for mechanical equipment.
• Experience in executing and managing preventive maintenance plans.
• Capability to develop and deliver detailed vibration analysis reports.

Responsibilities

• Monitor offline vibration routes and analyze online monitoring data.
• Prepare detailed reports and technical studies for customers.
• Diagnose issues such as imbalance, misalignment, and bearing failures.
• Collaborate with maintenance and reliability teams to develop preventive maintenance strategies.
• Act as primary customer contact and provide regular updates on equipment condition.
