NATIONAL OnDemand, Inc. is hiring for an Underground Laborer in Billings, MT. The role focuses on safe operation of assets, following crew leader directions, and supporting daily construction activities in outdoor environments.

The position requires basic physical fitness, ability to work outdoors in all weather, and adherence to OSHA safety standards. Comprehensive benefits are provided with full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction environment preferred.
• Must be able to meet physical requirement of the position.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate and handle company assets in a safe and efficient manner.
• Follow direction from crew leader.
• Assist in loading and unloading equipment and supplies needed for daily work assignments.
• Setting up worksite.
• Hand dig with shovels.
• Restore worksite or anything disturbed during construction at completion of daily work.
• Assist in traffic control.
• Other duties as needed.
• Follow all OSHA safety standards.
