Job summary

General Atomics Systems Integration, LLC (GA-SI) seeks a qualified technician to support installation, application and maintenance of UAV electronic equipment, ground control stations and ground data terminals at customer sites in accordance with technical orders and specifications.

Under general supervision, you will analyze customer requirements, provide troubleshooting, perform inspections, and repair or replace components.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree or trade school equivalency required.
• Two or more years' experience in aviation or electronics preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot at the component level.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and schematics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operates UAV, ground control stations and ground support equipment at operation locations.
• Analyzes customer requirements to meet specifications and end-user applications.
• Provides technical support for installation, configuration and repair of products.
• Performs troubleshooting and repair of ground and airborne electronic equipment.
• Performs inspections and preventative maintenance and maintains records.
