Job summary

Penn Line Service, Inc. is seeking a Field Trainer to elevate workforce through hands-on training and safety-focused coaching. You will assess individual needs, deliver practical field instruction, and work alongside foremen and crew leaders to raise productivity.

Travel is likely required for this role, leveraging foreman skills in bucket, climbing, and operation of Jarraff, tractor mower, and Fecon track machines to promote a safety-first culture and maintain productivity on site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading crews or supervising field work.
• Ability to assess individual training needs and deliver hands-on instruction.
• Strong emphasis on safety and productivity in field settings.

• Conduct field training sessions for employees.

• Lead by example and enforce safe work practices.
