Job summary

Brink's in St. Louis, MO seeks a dedicated Trainer to deliver onboarding and ongoing training for hourly staff. You will conduct functional and safety training, manage the certification process, and ensure strict adherence to training policies and safety standards.

You will monitor LIFE program compliance, maintain required equipment, and support cross-training initiatives within the facility. This role is full-time, on-site, with responsibilities spanning reporting and permit tracking as needed.

Qualifications

• Delivers core training to new hires and refresher sessions.
• Ensures certification processes are completed for hourly staff.
• Implements safety training and policy updates as needed.
• Monitors compliance with training policies and procedures.
• Maintains training equipment and supplies in facility.

Responsibilities

• Conduce training for new employees within the assigned facility(s).
• Lead initial and refresher functional training and certification.
• Carry out safety training and other required programs locally.
• Monitor LIFE program compliance and training reporting.
• Track permits/licenses and ensure training changes are implemented.
• Ensure radios, firearms, vests, uniforms and equipment are ready and safe.
