WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide hands‑on training to ensure new officers understand site policies, procedures, post orders, and expectations.
• Serve as a liaison between officers and supervisors, helping address questions, concerns, and operational issues.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on security operations and procedures across all shifts.
• Conduct on‑the‑job training and provide coaching to officers to improve performance and ensure compliance.
• Evaluate new officers’ performance and provide feedback to supervisors regarding training progress and readiness.
• Assist supervisors with identifying training needs and developing additional training when necessary.
• Ensure officers are properly prepared to perform their assigned duties and respond effectively to incidents.
• Maintain consistent training standards across all shifts and posts.
• Reinforce company, client, and property policies and procedures through ongoing coaching and instruction.
