Hillpointe is seeking a Field Trainer in central Florida to coach leasing teams on-site, deliver onboarding, and strengthen performance and customer experience across properties.

You will travel up to 80% to visit properties, provide hands-on feedback, model best practices, and align training with company standards while supporting leasing goals and continuous improvement.

FIELD TRAINER

The Field Trainer is responsible for developing leasing teams through hands‑on coaching, on‑site training, and new hire onboarding to strengthen performance, customer experience, and operational consistency. This role partners closely with property teams to reinforce best practices, improve leasing and communication skills, and ensure company standards are consistently followed. • Working alongside onsite teams in real time
• Observing actual prospect interactions, tours, and leasing workflows
• Hands‑on coaching, this is not a “behind the desk” role
