Cobra Southeast Construction Services is hiring for an Entry-Level Field Trainee role. No prior specialty construction experience is required as you will train with seasoned industry veterans and progress through structured field mentoring.

You will learn through paid apprenticeship programs and certifications, with opportunities to advance toward Lead Operator across multiple trades. The company delivers stability with year-round work and strong safety standards.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multiple trades.
• Ability to lift 75–100+ lbs and work in varied weather.
• Willingness to work variable shifts and travel as needed.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide own steel-toe boots; PPE provided by company.

Responsibilities

• Learn specialty cutting, coring, GPR imaging, and site prep.
• Assist in field operations and safety compliance on commercial/industrial sites.
• Support structured training and mentorship leading toward Lead Operator roles.
