Qualifications

• Ability to climb towers for installation, maintenance, and repair of sensor equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting critical site infrastructure.
• Experience with preventative maintenance on tower structure components.
• Experience operating specialized equipment like aerial lifts and forklifts.
• Willing to travel to remote regions for up to two months at a time.
• Ability to relocate to Costa Mesa, CA if necessary.
• Eligible to obtain U.S. Top Secret/Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support military defense projects through technical operations and field maintenance.
• Resolve complex hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Communicate the status of field issues to internal and customer teams.
• Develop operational and logistical plans for events.
• Ensure availability and performance of defense systems.
• Maintain support plans for hardware and software.
• Conduct root-cause analyses for defense systems in the field.
• Conduct post-incident reviews and implement preventive measures.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation.
