Job summary

Celsius Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Field Execution Representative to drive in-store merchandising and product placement across grocery, health club, and convenience channels in Texas. You will lead demos, manage shelf space, and expand distribution with store teams.

The role reports to the Regional Manager and requires 0–2 years of retail experience, a valid driver's license, and a personal vehicle with your company allowance. You will work Wednesday to Sunday in assigned markets.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in retail or merchandising.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and own a vehicle with company allowance.
• Ability to work Wednesday–Sunday and 40-hour weeks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute merchandising initiatives.
• Call on target accounts and sell in displays.
• Maintain shelf space and stock levels across assigned markets.
• Take photos and report weekly; conduct in-store demos.
• Build and maintain a list of key accounts.
