Job summary

National Water Services in Arcata, CA is seeking a Field Technician to clean and collect data on our water dispensing equipment located in a local health food store. You will work onsite, performing maintenance, data collection and basic customer support during field visits.

This very part-time role offers flexible daytime, evening or weekend slots. Expect approximately one hour per week per store with a new service every 7 days across one store, and a pay range of $25.00–$30.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be able to bend, squat, climb stairs or ladder.
• Fluent in English.
• Have a Smartphone and Email.

Responsibilities

• Clean, provide technical service and customer support during field visits.
• Build positive relationships with customers and store management.
• Provide completed reports after each visit via email.
• Call Tech Support immediately regarding any leaks or readings outside of the normal range.
• Periodically, take photos of equipment; replace signage; report inventory etc.
