Job summary

VendX is seeking a Field Technician in Massachusetts to install, service, stock, and manage vending, arcade, and automated retail machines. You will diagnose issues, replace parts, and ensure firmware updates are current as you stock products and track service logs.

This contract role requires lifting, driving, and travel to new territory launches, with strong problem-solving and communication skills. You will support partner sites on-site and help maintain uptime across VendX machines.

Qualifications

• Experience with electronics, vending machines, or mechanical repair.
• Ability to lift and restock product cases.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of mobile/desktop apps for logging work.
• Bonus: Experience with smart vending systems or IoT.
• Ability to travel for new territory launches.

VendX is expanding worldwide and needs reliable, tech‑savvy technicians to install, service, stock, and manage our vending, arcade, and automated retail machines. This role combines technical work with on‑ground operations to keep VendX machines running smoothly and fully supplied.
