Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Field Technician to install and repair services and educate customers in a dynamic outdoor setting. This entry-level position provides training and opportunities for self-progression toward higher technician levels with pay increases.

You’ll join a team that values reliability, effective communication, and safety while traveling to customer sites and supporting the Spectrum Internet, TV, and voice services across diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Schedule: Ability to travel to and from assigned customer premises and locations as necessary.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in using computers and software applications; competent in using hand tools.
• Abilities: Effective communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsibility and reliability.
• License: Valid Driver’s license with safe driving record within company standards.
• Physical: Walk varied terrain, lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders up to 32 feet, and work outdoors in various conditions.
