A leading telecommunications provider is seeking a Field Technician to deliver exceptional service in customer homes. In this role, you will ensure customer satisfaction by providing TV and Smart Home solutions, with comprehensive training included. You must have a valid driver's license and be able to lift over 70 lbs, as well as work at heights. Benefits include paid training, performance incentives, and a guaranteed promotion after 6 months. Competitive hourly compensation starts at $25.00.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license in the state of employment with a safe driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment as part of daily tasks.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TV and Smart Home solutions while ensuring a world-class customer experience.
• Consult homeowners on smart home possibilities during installations.
• Represent DISH in various customer homes.

Skills

Aptitude to build rapport quickly

Ability to work at heights, including ladders up to 40 feet
