Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Field Technician to install and repair services for residential and business customers. This entry-level role includes hands-on training and a clear path to grow through our self-progression program.

Starting pay is $20/hour with immediate opportunities for advancement. The career self-progression plan allows moves from Technician I to Technician IV with 10% raises at each level, plus bonus payments for completing coursework and access to industry certifications.

Qualifications

• Education required: High School diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Must be able to travel to customer sites and work outdoors.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and common software applications; comfortable using hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair services for customers in the field.
• Educate customers on product use and troubleshooting.
• Travel to customer premises; work outdoors and in varied weather.
