Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Field Technician in Dayton, OH to install and repair services at customer premises and educate customers on usage. You will work on-site in a dynamic outdoor environment and join a team focused on keeping people connected.

Starting pay is $20.50/hour with a self-progression program that increases pay through progression levels, plus opportunities for certification and career growth within Spectrum.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in using computers and software applications.
• Ability to travel to customer locations.
• Physical ability to walk and lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair Spectrum services at customer premises.
• Educate customers on product use and features.
• Work outdoors in varied environments and weather.
• Utilize hand tools and test equipment to diagnose issues.
• Coordinate with customers to schedule visits.
