Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Field Technician in the United States to install and repair services at customer sites. You will educate customers on usage, work outdoors, and engage in a self-progression plan that increases pay with each progression level. Training will be provided to support long-term career growth within Spectrum.

The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and customer service, with opportunities to advance to higher technician levels while earning $20.50 per hour from day one.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Schedule: Ability to travel to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in using computers and software applications. Competent in using hand tools.
• Abilities: Effective communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsibility and reliability.
• Valid Driver's license with safe driving record within company standards required.
• Physical: Walk and work across varied terrains and climates, lift and carry tools, and work outdoors
