Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites (including in inclement weather).
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient with computers and software; competent with hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Able to carry tools, climb ladders, and work outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair Spectrum services at customer premises.
• Educate customers on service usage and best practices.
• Travel to multiple customer sites as needed.
• Maintain safety and proper use of equipment and tools.
