Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Field Technician to install and repair services for residential and business customers. This entry-level role includes training and a clear path for progression, with opportunities to increase earnings through a self-progression program and potential bonuses.

You will work in a dynamic outdoor setting, travel to customer sites, and develop hands-on skills using hand tools while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Must be able to travel to customer premises and company facilities as necessary.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient with computers and software applications; comfortable using hand tools.
• Effective communication, professionalism, time management and reliability are required.
• Valid Driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs, walk varied terrain and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair services for Spectrum customers.
• Educate customers on product use and features.
