Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Field Technician to install and repair services and educate customers on their use. This entry-level role includes training and a clear progression path with pay increases and bonus opportunities.

Job involves outdoor work, physical demands, and travel to customer sites. Base pay ranges from $20.00 to $25.25 per hour with self-progression opportunities from Technician I to IV.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Schedule: Ability to travel to and from customer premises and other locations as necessary.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Technical: Proficiency in using computers and software applications; competent with hand tools.
• Abilities: Effective communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsibility and reliability.
• Valid Driver license with safe driving record within company standards.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair services for customers in a field setting.
• Educate customers on service use and self-progression opportunities.
• Progress through Spectrum's self-progression plan with pay raises and potential leadership moves.
