Job summary

Spectrum is hiring a Field Technician to install and repair services for residential and business customers. You will educate customers on usage and operate in outdoor field settings across multiple environments. Training and a clear progression path are provided to grow from Technician I onward.

Starting pay is in the $20.50/hour range with a self-progression program to raise earnings and potential career advancement within Spectrum.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Schedule: Ability to travel to and from customer premises and locations as needed.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Technical skills: Proficiency with computers and software; competent with hand tools.
• Abilities: Strong communication, time management, organization and reliability.
• Valid Driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair services for customers in the field.
• Educate customers on how to use services and devices.
• Travel to customer sites and work outdoors in various conditions.
• Support career self-progression and training opportunities.
