Keystone Clearwater Solutions, LLC is seeking a Field Technician - Water Operations in Steubenville, OH. You’ll be hands-on in the field—setting up, operating, and maintaining pumps, pipelines, and water systems that support fracking and production activities.

No experience required; we will train you. This full-time, outdoor role includes 12-hour shifts, travel to job sites (often overnight), and working in all weather conditions while following safety procedures and SOPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in physically demanding environments.
• Experience in oil & gas or water transfer is a plus.

Responsibilities

Description

As a Field Technician - Water Operations, you’ll be hands‑on in the field—setting up, operating, and maintaining pumps, pipelines, and water systems that support fracking and production activities. You’ll work on rotating schedules depending on location and project needs.

No Experience required, we will train you!

Key Responsibilities

• Set up/tear down pumps, piping, and related systems
• Operate and maintain water transfer equipment
• Monitor fluid levels, pressures, and perform equipment checks
• Maintain safety procedures and follow company SOPs
• Communicate clearly and work well in a team
• Travel to job sites as needed (often overnight)
• Field-Based - Full-Time
• 12-hour shifts possible
• Travel and overnight stays as required
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions
