Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Field Technician – Water Operations in Towanda, PA. You’ll set up, operate, and maintain pumps, pipelines, and water systems that support oil and gas activities.

Training is provided with no prior experience required, and overnight travel is possible on rotating schedules. Responsibilities include equipment setup, operation, maintenance, safety compliance, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in outdoor, physically demanding environments
• No experience required; training provided

Responsibilities

• Set up/tear down pumps, piping, and related systems
• Operate and maintain water transfer equipment
• Monitor fluid levels, pressures, and perform equipment checks
• Maintain safety procedures and follow company SOPs
• Communicate clearly and work well in a team
• Travel to job sites as needed (often overnight)
• 12-hour shifts possible
• Travel and overnight stays as required
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions
