Keystone Clearwater Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Field Technician for Water Operations in Dushore, PA. You will set up, operate, and maintain pumps, pipelines, and water systems supporting fracking and production activities. Travel to job sites and overnight stays are common on rotating schedules.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for safe, effective field operations in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills essential.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and physically demanding conditions.
• Oil & gas or water transfer experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up/tear down pumps, piping, and related systems.

• Monitor fluid levels, pressures, and perform equipment checks.
• Maintain safety procedures and follow SOPs.
• Travel to job sites as needed (often overnight).

Description

As a Field Technician - Water Operations, you’ll be hands-on in the field—setting up, operating, and maintaining pumps, pipelines, and water systems that support fracking and production activities. You’ll work on rotating schedules depending on location and project needs.

No Experience required, we will train you!

Responsibilities

• Set up/tear down pumps, piping, and related systems
• Operate and maintain water transfer equipment
• Monitor fluid levels, pressures, and perform equipment checks
• Maintain safety procedures and follow company SOPs
• Communicate clearly and work well in a team
• Travel to job sites as needed (often overnight)
• Field-Based - Full-Time
• 12-hour shifts possible
• Travel and overnight stays as required
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions

Requirements
