Keystone Clearwater Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Field Technician - Water Operations to set up, operate, and maintain pumps, pipelines, and water systems in field environments near Washington, PA. This role involves outdoor work, travel to job sites, and overnight stays on a rotating schedule.

You will join the Water Transfer department on full-time shifts, with emphasis on safety and teamwork. Training is provided, and candidates should be ready to work in varied weather and demanding

• Ability to work in outdoor, physically demanding environments.
• Prior oil & gas or water transfer experience a plus.

As a Field Technician - Water Operations, you’ll be hands‑on in the field—setting up, operating, and maintaining pumps, pipelines, and water systems that support fracking and production activities. You’ll work on rotating schedules depending on location and project needs.

Responsibilities

• Set up/tear down pumps, piping, and related systems
• Operate and maintain water transfer equipment
• Monitor fluid levels, pressures, and perform equipment checks
• Maintain safety procedures and follow company SOPs
• Communicate clearly and work well in a team
• Travel to job sites as needed (often overnight)
• Field-Based - Full-Time
• 12-hour shifts possible
• Travel and overnight stays as required
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in outdoor, physically demanding environments
• Prior oil & gas or water transfer experience a plus
