Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking a Field Technician for Oil & Gas Operations/Water Operations in Steubenville, OH. You’ll set up, operate, and maintain pumps, pipelines, and water systems supporting fracking and production activities.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. This is a full-time, field-based role with 12-hour shifts, potential overnight travel, and a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in outdoor, physically demanding environments.

• Set up/tear down pumps, piping, and related systems.
• Operate and maintain water transfer equipment.
• Monitor fluid levels, pressures, and perform equipment checks.
• Maintain safety procedures and follow company SOPs.

Description

As a Field Technician - Water Operations, you’ll be hands‑on in the field—setting up, operating, and maintaining pumps, pipelines, and water systems that support fracking and production activities. You’ll work on rotating schedules depending on location and project needs. No Experience required, we will train you!
